So, you are at the office party and in between dining courses it is time to hand out those secret Santa gifts. This can be good fun and enjoyable but it is important to make sure that staff are aware that gifts purchased should be inoffensive. What may seem as a hilarious joke to the giver of the gift, may not be welcomed by the recipient and can trigger complaints.
